Yes, as long as your order hasn't gone into production or been shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, with Klarna, you pay later. With in3, you pay in three installments with no interest and no credit check.
No, you don't have to pay in advance. You can also pay by debit card or cash upon delivery.
We deliver using our own delivery service or a reliable carrier. We’ll bring large furniture right into the room of your choice.
Yes, you can pick up your order at our showroom in Enschede. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready.
Yes. We'll coordinate the date with you. If you'd like to reschedule the appointment, please contact our customer service team in advance.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
