Ordering and delivery times
How can I place an order with Mokana Furniture?
You order easily through our webshop. Choose your favorite furniture, add it to your shopping cart and complete your order. Need help? Feel free to contact us.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Delivery time depends on the product. In stock? Then we often deliver within 1 to 2 weeks. Not in stock? Then the expected delivery time is mentioned on the product page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not yet in production or shipped, we can usually make changes or cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible to do so.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we also deliver in Belgium and Germany. For deliveries elsewhere in Europe, please contact us.
Can I have my order delivered on demand?
Yes, at Mokana you can order on demand. We reserve your furniture and deliver at your convenience.
Payment and payment methods
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with us via iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Klarna (in arrears), in3 (in installments), bank transfer, pin or cash on delivery.
Can I pay in arrears or in installments?
Yes, with Klarna you pay in arrears. With in3 you pay in three installments without interest or BKR registration.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No, you don't have to pay in advance. You can also pay by debit card or cash on delivery.
Delivery and pickup
How will my order be delivered?
We deliver with our own delivery service or a reliable carrier. We deliver large furniture to the room of your choice.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is possible in our showroom in Enschede. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.
Can I choose or change the delivery date?
Yes. We will coordinate the date with you. Do you want to change the appointment? If so, please contact our customer service in a timely manner.
Returns and cancellations
How long do I have reflection time?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How do I return a product?
Please report your return to our customer service. You can send small items yourself, large items we will pick up by arrangement.
Are there any fees for returns?
Yes, return costs are at your own expense, unless it is an error or damage on our part.
How soon will I get my money back?
Within 7 business days of receiving your return, we will transfer the amount to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can as long as the order has not yet been produced or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Warranty and service
What guarantee do I get?
A legal warranty applies to all furniture. In addition, we are CBW-approved, which offers additional security.
What do I do in case of damage or complaints?
Please contact us directly. Send photos along if necessary. We will solve it together with you.
Do you offer maintenance service?
Yes, you can choose protection treatments and maintenance products. Ask about them in the store or webshop.

What are your opening hours?
Monday 13:00-18:00, Tuesday-Friday 10:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-17:00. Open every first Sunday of the month from 12:00-17:00.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Yes, you are always welcome during opening hours. There is no need to make an appointment.
Is there parking available at the home improvement store?
Yes, you can park for free at our home furnishing store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede.
Is all the furniture from the shop in the home store?
Much of it is, but not everything. Feel free to call or email us in advance if you want to see something specific.
Do you provide interior design advice in the home store?
Yes, you can get free, no-obligation advice from our interior design specialists during your visit.

What styles can I find at Mokana Furniture?
You'll find furniture in industrial, country, modern, Scandinavian, Japandi, hotel chic and more.
Can I order furniture in a different fabric or color?
Yes, many pieces of furniture are customizable. You can see all the fabrics and materials in the home store.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
The product page shows the current stock status and delivery time. In doubt? Please contact us.
How do I best maintain my furniture?
Use the right maintenance products and treat your furniture regularly. In our showroom and webshop you will find everything you need
Maintenance, materials & stains
How do I best maintain my fabric sofa?
Vacuum your sofa weekly with a soft brush to remove dirt and dust. Never use harsh cleaning agents. For stains, dab directly with a clean, slightly damp cloth - do not rub. If necessary, treat the fabric with a textile protector against stains and moisture.
Can I remove stains on my sofa?
Yes, but acting quickly is important. Dab liquids immediately with a clean cloth. For stubborn stains, you can use a special detergent suitable for the type of fabric. In doubt? Always test on an inconspicuous spot first or contact our customer service team.
How do I maintain a leather sofa?
Leather furniture is best wiped monthly with a slightly damp cloth. Use a leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months to keep the leather supple and prevent it from drying out. Do not place leather furniture right in the sun or near a heat source to avoid discoloration and drying out.
What is microleather and how do I maintain it?
Microleather is a combination of leather and microfiber. It looks like leather, but is slightly softer and easier to maintain. Clean it regularly with a slightly damp cloth and use a special microleather cleaner for long-lasting protection.
How do I treat a wooden dining table?
Use coasters and placemats to prevent scratches and scuffs. Clean the table weekly with a soft, dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth without detergents. Treat oiled wood regularly with furniture oil to nourish and protect it.
My wooden table has a stain or scratch, now what?
For superficial stains, you can lightly sand the area with fine sandpaper and re-treat with oil or varnish (depending on the finish). Deeper damages can be touched up. Contact us if you are unsure about the right approach.
Is my furniture discolored by sunlight?
Yes, prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration - especially with natural materials such as wood, leather and fabrics. If possible, use blinds or don't place your furniture right in front of a window. Turn loose cushions occasionally to minimize color differences.
How often should I maintain my furniture?
It depends on the material and use. On average, we recommend:
- Fabric furniture: vacuum weekly, treat annually
- Leather furniture: clean monthly, feed 2x a year
- Wooden tables: clean weekly, oil every six months (for oiled wood)
Do you also sell maintenance products?
Yes, we offer care sets for fabric, leather, wood and microleather. You can find them in our store or order them online through our webshop. Get advice on which product best suits your furniture.
Can I have my furniture treated against stains?
Yes, upon purchase you can opt for a professional stain and protection treatment (such as iProteqt). This will protect you for several years against common stains and you can count on extra service in case of damage.
