Can I change or cancel my order?
Canceling or changing an order is usually no problem within a few days of placing it. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the options for your specific order.
How does the return policy work?
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. This applies to orders covered by the Distance Selling Act. Exceptions to this include custom orders and products made to order, such as sofas and chairs.
Is return shipping free?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can either return the package to Mokana Meubelen yourself or ask us to arrange for a delivery service to pick it up from you. If we handle the return shipment, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long will it take to get a refund for my purchase?
Upon termination of the agreement, the purchase price, minus any shipping costs, will be refunded within 7 business days at the latest.

Do you have a complaint about a product, our service, or delivery? Please contact us. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our chat feature. We aim to resolve your complaint within 24 hours. If you have a complaint about a delivered product, please report it via email and include photos.
