Transparency and clarity from the outset
We believe it’s important for you to know exactly what you’re ordering before you buy. That’s why we always provide clear information about our products on our website and in our showroom. Our product descriptions, images, and technical specifications have been carefully compiled to ensure you have all the information you need. Please note, however, that colors and materials may sometimes vary slightly in real life from how they appear on your screen.
Shipping and Delivery
Mokana Furniture works with professional delivery services to ensure your order is delivered carefully and safely. We always coordinate with you in advance to schedule the delivery. This way, you’ll know exactly when you need to be home to receive the delivery. Our delivery personnel are friendly and helpful, and if desired, they’ll be happy to assist you in placing the furniture in the right spot. Please make sure there is enough space at the entrance to your home to bring the furniture inside. If you’re unsure about this, please contact us in advance.
Right of withdrawal and custom-made products
For online purchases, you have a standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Within this period, you may return an order without giving a reason. Please note: this right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or furniture ordered specifically for you. Mokana Furniture offers the option to customize furniture entirely to your own specifications, which means they are considered custom-made. If you’re unsure whether your order falls under this category, please always contact our customer service in advance.
Warranty and Complaint Handling
Mokana Furniture exclusively offers high-quality furniture. However, there may be instances where something about your order is not to your satisfaction. We offer a minimum 2-year full warranty on our products. In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do everything we can to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Please send us a clear description of the problem, preferably accompanied by photos, so that we can take immediate action.
Duration of repairs and replacements
If repairs or replacement are needed within the warranty period, we will ensure that this is done as soon as possible. Sometimes immediate repairs are not feasible due to delivery times or the availability of parts. In that case, we will work with you to find the best temporary solution so that you experience as little inconvenience as possible.
Customer-focused dispute resolution
We do everything we can to resolve issues and complaints in a friendly and customer-focused manner. If you have a complaint and we are unable to resolve it together, you can turn to the CBW-Erkend dispute resolution service. This provides you, as a customer, with added assurance and independent mediation to reach a satisfactory resolution.
