How can I place an order with Mokana Meubelen?
You can easily order online through our website. In our showroom in Enschede you can also place your order in person and experience the furniture for yourself.
Are all products available directly from stock?
Not all products are available from stock. A lot of furniture is specially ordered for you or custom made. The expected delivery time is always mentioned with the product.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, this can often be done within a few days. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to arrange this.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay us safely with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna (post-payment), in3 (spread payment), Apple Pay, Bancontact, Giropay and Sofort, among others. In our showroom you can also pay by debit card or cash. At delivery, pin or cash is also possible.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, all payments are processed through a secure SSL connection. So your data is well protected.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, through in3 you can pay your order in three interest-free installments, without BKR registration. You can also opt for Klarna Pay afterwards.

Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our store in Enschede. We will always contact you as soon as your order is ready.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return standard products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Does the right of withdrawal also apply to custom-made products?
No, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or items ordered especially for you. This is always clearly stated in advance.
How soon will I get my money back after returning?
Within 7 business days of receiving the return, we will refund the amount to your account, minus any shipping costs.

How long do I have a warranty on my furniture?
Mokana Furniture offers a minimum 2-year warranty on furniture, covering manufacturing defects and construction problems under normal use.

What if my product is delivered damaged?
Report damage as soon as possible after delivery. We will provide repair or replacement free of charge.
