At Mokana Furniture we strive for satisfied customers. In the unlikely event you wish to cancel or return your order, we will be happy to inform you of the options and procedures.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Canceling or changing an order is usually not a problem within a few days of placing it. Please contact our customer service team to discuss options for your specific order.
How does the right of return work?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. This applies to orders in accordance with the distance selling law. Exceptions are special custom orders and products produced to order, such as sofas and chairs.
Is return shipping free?
The costs for the return are at your own expense. You have the choice of returning the package to Mokana Furniture yourself or instructing us to engage a delivery service to pick up the package from you. If we take care of the return delivery, the transport costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
How long will it take to get my purchase price refunded?
After dissolution of the agreement, the purchase amount, minus any transportation costs, will be refunded no later than 7 business days.
Problems with your order?
Do you have a complaint about a product, our service or delivery? Please contact us. You can do this by phone or e-mail or use our chat. We strive to resolve your complaint within 24 hours. In case of complaints about a delivered product, please notify us by e-mail, including pictures.
