At Mokana Furniture, customer satisfaction is our main focus. That's why we like to communicate transparently and clearly what you can expect from us when you order from us. Below you will find additional explanation and clarification on some important parts of our terms and conditions.
Transparency and clarity upfront
It is important to us that you know exactly what you are ordering in advance. That's why we always provide you with clear information about the products on our website and in our showroom. Our product descriptions, images and technical specifications are carefully compiled to inform you well. However, please note that colors and materials in reality can sometimes differ slightly from how they appear on your screen.
Delivery and delivery
Mokana Furniture works with professional delivery services to deliver your order carefully and safely. We always agree with you in advance when the delivery will take place. So you know exactly when you need to be home to receive the delivery. Our deliverers are friendly and helpful, and if you wish, they will be happy to help you put the furniture in the right place. Just make sure that the entrance to your home has enough space to bring the furniture inside. Are you unsure about this? Then contact us in advance.
Right of withdrawal and customization
For online purchases, you have a standard right of withdrawal of 14 days. Within this period you may return an order without giving reasons. Please note: this right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or furniture ordered specially for you. Mokana Meubelen offers the possibility to customize the furniture according to your wishes and therefore they fall under custom-made products. Do you doubt whether your order falls under this category? Then always contact our customer service in advance.
Warranty and complaint handling
Mokana Furniture only delivers furniture of high quality. Nevertheless, it may happen that something is not to your satisfaction with your order. We give at least 2 years full warranty on our products. Should you experience a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Preferably send us a clear description of the problem, supported by pictures, so we can take immediate action.
Duration of repair and replacement
If repair or replacement proves necessary within the warranty period, we will make sure it is done as soon as possible. Sometimes an immediate repair is not feasible due to delivery times or availability of parts. In that case, we will work with you to find the best temporary solution so that you experience as little inconvenience as possible.
Customer-focused dispute resolution
We make every effort to solve problems and complaints in a friendly and customer-oriented manner. If you have a complaint and we still cannot resolve it together, you can go to the dispute settlement of CBW-Erkend. This offers you as a customer extra security and independent mediation to reach a good solution.
